Natural wines are our passion. We change our wines by the glass daily. You can find the bottle list on our website, with 500+ natural wines.

We have a no-reservations policy (except for our chef's table) because we believe in being open and available—every day of the week. Just swing by, and we’ll find a spot for you eventually.

Our head chef, Daniel Jansfors, creates dishes from seasonal vegetables—organically grown, mostly Swedish. Plates to share, or keep all to yourself.

At Savant Bar, we want you to enjoy yourself with a good conscience. We use recycled porcelain and decor where possible, and by working with responsible suppliers and manufacturers, we help shape a more sustainable future for the industry.

Once a year, we gather our community of wine lovers and industry friends. Natural Mystics, Sweden’s go-to festival for natural wine, is back for its fifth round in 2026.

Since 2020, we’ve been importing wine – natural only, nothing else.
We work directly with growers who care about the land, the vines, and the craft. Our wines are available for both restaurants and private customers.
